Month-end billing
Enter the number of prescriptions dispensed with Chobham Pharmacy and the number dispensed by other pharmacies. Chobham prescriptions reimburse £1.00 each to the prescriber, while prescriptions dispensed elsewhere create a £0.55 charge each.
